Project Overview
We were hired to fully strip out a warehouse in an industrial property in London as part of a larger redevelopment and change-of-use project.
Our goal was to clear out all non-structural parts, unused services, and excess installations, leaving a clean, safe space ready for refurbishment.
Because the building was large and had existing plant and mezzanine structures, we needed to plan carefully and execute the work with attention to detail.
Scope of Works
Our warehouse strip-out works included:
- Dismantling and removal of mezzanine flooring
- Removal of internal offices and partitioned areas
- Decommissioning and removal of mechanical and electrical services
- Removal of racking systems and ancillary installations
- Isolation and safe removal of redundant plant
- Waste segregation and controlled disposal

Warehouse strip-outs often present logistical and safety challenges due to building size, limited access, and the volume of materials involved. We carefully managed:
