Project Overview
We carried out a phased strip-out at a London school as part of a larger project to modernise teaching spaces.
We removed old layouts and finishes, making sure staff and students were not disrupted. We planned and coordinated closely because parts of the building stayed in use during the work.
Scope of Works
Our strip-out works included:
- Removal of internal partitions and classroom reconfigurations
- Strip out of suspended ceilings and floor finishes
- Disconnection and removal of redundant mechanical and electrical services
- Removal of fixed joinery, storage units, and fixtures
